If you are interested in learning to play the bagpipes there are groups which meet in McAllen and Harlingen. They are starting on the chanter and are beginners. If you would like more information call Robert Rankin at 929-4731 or Karl Sovkoplas at (956)550-9077. They can tell you the details.

The classes begin at 5:30pm and last for about an hour. If you want to learn you will need to purchase a practice chanter and a book. If you go ahead and come to a meeting we might be able to find you one.
